01 Finding Direction
We start by getting to know your business, your audience, and what the website needs to achieve. We'll look at what's working, what's missing, and where there's room to do things differently. From content and functionality to choosing the right platform, the decisions start here.
02 Shaping the Experience
What belongs where, what deserves attention, and how should the story unfold? We'll map out the user journey, organize the content, and create a framework for each page. With your brand as the common thread, and search insights informing the structure, we'll make sure everything has its place and a reason for being there.
03 Creative Direction &
Design
This is where strategy meets creative expression. We'll explore references from within your industry and well beyond it, looking for interesting ways to express your brand online. Together with the designer, I'll oversee the visual experience, from typography and imagery to layouts, movement, and the finer details.
04 Bringing It All Together
With the direction established, the website moves into production. I'll work closely with the creative and technical team as the design, development, SEO, and analytics come together, reviewing and refining the experience along the way. The idea is to make sure the thinking that went into the first decisions is still there in the finished website.
